Jenni’s Story
Since setting up her business in 2010 Jenni has been an advocate of building business by referrals and the great coaching and training offered by Asentiv.
Having worked in business development for over 20 years in a number of industries she came across Asentiv, formerly Referral Institute, in 2010.
“I had worked with traditional methods of sales & marketing for many years and had never been coached or trained on referral marketing. It was a joy to come across the material and help business owners to understand the strategy behind how to grow your business by referrals”
Growing up her father was an accountant and a finance director and was normally complaining about the marketing department and the return on investment for campaigns. Jenni had a secret in that she wanted to work in marketing and always looked up to her dad so was looking for ways to show business professionals and finance teams how marketing can show a return on investment.
She realised that business professionals such as accountants and solicitors train for years in their field to become experts and when they join a company are expected to go out networking and do business development but with very little knowledge or training. She loves helping business professionals understand the strategy behind networking and business development and that it is not such a scary place to be! Using all her knowledge and training in these areas she can support business owners and leaders to effectively grow their business and keep their accountant happy!
Jenni describes herself as a systems specialist and works with people to help develop those systems in their business.
She also works very closely with the other owners, trainers and associates of Asentiv worldwide to ensure that their own systems and processes are in place to help deliver growth.
