I was born in Ilf
ord Essex. I was one of three children. At the age of 21 I joined the Metropolitan Police. I spent 17 years in the Police Service but I had to leave following my wife’s death, I was working shifts but now needed to look after my two young children.
I needed to find a business that suited my family and was no longer shift work and I found myself starting my own printing business.
As I am sure you can imagine my family are everything to me and have now been in the print industry 18 years. I joined BNI 7 years ago and became familiar with the concept of actively looking for referrals and 4 years ago I became a Director Consultant for BNI. I was approached to take a look at Asentiv and I was blown away with the feedback I received and decided I just had to get involved to help others to get a good balance of running an amazing business and living a spectacular life and having the time for friends and family.
I have another partner, Lynn and we have been together for 20 years. We have five children between us and five grandchildren with a further two on the way, too many to name. We are all very close and live all live within a 10 mile radius of Brentwood, Essex. Every day at least one of the children are round and at weekends they all pop over which makes for a rather hectic meal as there are 16 in total, at the moment, however it is the best part of the week.
I am very much enjoying working with business owners and helping them achieve their goals through referral marketing.
