Phil’s Story
Married to Katrina my life and business partner, we have five children between us. Living for the past 20 years in Bungay, part of the Waveney Valley in North Suffolk. I enjoy clay pigeon shooting, cycling, swimming and reading motivational books.
Working alongside and supporting business people who’s belief was ‘there was nothing else I can do to improve things’. Before starting with them I have to check out what they desire, what their outcomes will look like to ensure I have a solution, where I do we make the commitment to achieve more by following a proven process.
I have spent a life time with the belief that everyone should have choices, to have a choice though you have to work to a result. We cannot all be top achievers all of the time, the secret to being second is not to make habit of it! During my glider pilot training I made 50 approaches before finally making the right touch down. What was different that day? Nothing. I had the right motivational instructor who believed in me. I could have given up. I went on to instruct many people myself and each and every one of them passed the point of a successful approach and landing. They had the right instructor too! It did not just happen over night, it took practice.
Over the past five years I have been coaching business owners with their marketing, gaining business by referral. I now dedicate my time to helping entrepreneurs who have joined a community of like-minded people, looking to create amazing business and lead a spectacular life.
My passion is in the belief of ‘inspiring others to achieve their desired outcomes’. I can make a difference whether it be freeing up more of your time, having more of the right clients or enabling you to work on your business, either way our relationship will be motivational to achieve your goals…
